General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the hhbf platform and the user. This document applies to hhbf's website, mobile version, and all associated services.

hhbf is an online casino and betting platform that provides slots, fishing games, cricket betting, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The platform is secured by SSL encryption technology and follows fair play principles.

Although these Terms are written in Bengali, hhbf reserves the right to publish an official version of these Terms in any language. In the event of any conflict in translation, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on hhbf, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a real person; the use of any bot or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided in your account must be truthful, accurate, and your own.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the platform from any region or country where online gaming is legally prohibited.

hhbf reserves the right to verify identity at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on hhbf, you must provide accurate and complete information. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is legitimate and true.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe unauthorized access to your account has occurred, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or bank account), you must update that information as soon as possible. hhbf will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on hhbf: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

hhbf reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested. This is a required step to ensure financial security.

4.4 Reasons for Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected in the following cases:

• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• If account verification has not been completed.
• If any irregular activity appears suspicious.
• If there is suspicion of multiple accounts or fraud.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hhbf offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on specified games on the hhbf platform.
• One bonus cannot be combined with another unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within the set time limit. The time limit will be stated in the bonus promotion details.
• If bonus terms are violated, hhbf reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Program

hhbf's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity.

Gaming Rules

All games on hhbf are conducted fairly and impartially. Each game has its own rules, which should be read carefully before starting.

6.1 Betting Rules

Bets may be placed on markets and match outcomes available in the betting section. Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and various other sports.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a dispute arises over a game result due to a technical error or connection interruption, hhbf will make a final decision based on server logs. This decision is final and binding.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

The rules of third-party game providers — including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt — also apply. Those rules are supplementary to hhbf's terms and conditions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hhbf, and any violation will result in immediate account termination:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to manipulate games.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Using a false identity or the identity of a third party.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

If hhbf detects any of the above violations, it reserves the right to forfeit all balances, close the account, and take legal action if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by hhbf

hhbf may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Upon instruction from a court or government authority.
• Failure to complete identity verification.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, send a request to [email protected]. All pending withdrawals must be completed before closure, and any unused bonus will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

Third-Party Services

The hhbf platform uses services from third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology suppliers. hhbf is not directly responsible for these third-party services or their actions.

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay have their own terms and conditions and policies. Those terms will also apply during payment processing.

hhbf is not liable for any changes, interruptions, or errors in third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

hhbf accepts no liability for the following:

• Gaming losses due to internet connection interruptions.
• Unauthorized third-party access to an account (where caused by the user's own negligence).
• Service interruptions due to government restrictions or legal changes.
• Technical errors beyond hhbf's control.

In any circumstance, hhbf's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount the user deposited on the platform within the 30 days prior to the incident.

Privacy

hhbf places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. Details on how your information is collected, stored, and used are described in our Privacy Policy.

hhbf does not sell or transfer your personal information to any third party without a legal obligation to do so. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.

Dispute Resolution

12.1 Filing a Complaint

12.2 Resolution Process

hhbf will attempt to resolve complaints within a reasonable time after receiving them. Disputes will be settled on the basis of server logs and game records. hhbf's decision will be considered final.

12.3 Chargebacks

Filing an unauthorized chargeback through a payment provider is a violation of these terms. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately.

Terms Amendment

hhbf reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform whenever changes are made.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you revisit this page regularly.

If you do not agree with any amendment, stop using the account and notify the support team.
